The Crawford County Conservation District holds an annual Nut Fundraiser “The Best Pecans at a Fair Price”. Our price sheet/order forms for these new crop pecans and other specialty nuts are available each September (around fair week). Pre-orders with payments are taken from September through the month of October.
Please note that these new crop pecans are shipped directly from the Pecan Company to the Crawford County Conservation District. The Crawford County Conservation District Office will notify customers who have pre-ordered nuts when the nuts are available for pick-up from our district office. Customer pick-up is usually the week before the Thanksgiving holiday. These new crop pecans have not been sitting on any store shelves and are purchased directly from the pecan company, freshly shelled, nicely packaged, ready to eat or nice to give or get as gifts. Specialty nuts are also available for purchase.
